Who is your owner?
In a world of mass market travel websites that own multiple companies, warehouse clubs, or just a massive third-party call center, we prefer to be different. We are a family-owned travel company, which means if we recommend it, we have done it.
What about fees?
Believe it or not, we are paid by vendors, so your cost is the same with or without us. Booking through Cruise Anchor, you get a decades’ worth of travel experience at no charge to you. We pride ourselves on 100% transparent pricing, which means no add-on fees, convenience or booking fees, or after-hours costs.
Do you arrange group cruises?
Yes. Whether it is a family reunion, a wedding or milestone celebration, or a group of friends or an organization, we help coordinate cabins, dates and details so everyone sails together, and we look for group savings and perks.
Do you only do cruises?
Cruises are what we specialize in. The mass market travel sites use customer service agents who may or may not have travel experience, and who generally cannot deviate from a set script. Believe us, we used to be that customer service travel agent. After years of working for someone else, we decided to work for ourselves, so we can give honest opinions, personal service and valuable feedback to the customers we serve.

Do I have to dress up on my vacation?
The short answer is no. From casual vacations to formal ones, we can guide you to the right line so you can design the best vacation for your personal travel needs.
What about flights?
We use the cruise lines’ Air and Sea departments for ease of use. Many of the major lines monitor flights for passengers booked through them, so if a flight is delayed, the line may hold the ship, but only if you are booked through the cruise line. We separate the request for cabin pricing from airfare cost, so you can decide whether you wish to combine your cruise and flight experience.
